Instead of standard rockers like Garchomp or Hippowdon, they chose Focus Sash Hydreigon: it floats, carries Taunt to shut down opposing Hippowdon leads, and is hard to read — Dark Pulse spam often baits opponents into reading it as Scarf before pivoting to Draco Meteor or Taunt. Sylveon is the Yawn user, picked over Slurpuff for Hyper Voice's investment-free damage and Wish support, with bulky HB spread to tank physicals. Mega Blastoise is the main Shell Smash sweeper (Hydro Pump over Water Pulse to actually finish kills), with Volcarona as a secondary sweeper holding Kebia… actually Kasib — Wacan Berry to survive priority Water moves from Mega Starmie and Basculegion. Aegislash with Spooky Plate pressures Primarina-style switch-ins, and Mega Skarmory rounds it out as a physical setup sweeper that crushes stall and covers Meowscarada. 砂パが好きなため使い慣れたカバルドン＋ドリュウズから構築をスタートした。砂と相性がいいメガシンカとして、対イダイトウ・アシレーヌ性能が高い点を共通の強みとするメガギャラドスとメガメガニウムを両採用。2体は互いの弱点を補い合う関係でカバドリとの噛み合いも良好。残り2枠では苦手なメガリザードンY・メガスターミー・アーマーガアへの対策として、もらいびスカーフソウブレイズとピントレンズ気合いだめブリジュラスを最終日0時過ぎに急遽採用。ドリュウズにはやわらかいすなを持たせ非砂下の縛り範囲を拡大した。ブリジュラスは結局一度も使わずに終わり、ソウブレイズはリザードン入り3戦全勝の大活躍。強みは砂選出の汎用性の高さ、弱みは最終日まで迷走し構築に自信が持てなかったこと、アーマーガアも依然難しい相手として残った。構築記事 →

The author wanted fast ladder games due to a busy work schedule, so he built a straightforward matchup-based team. Mega Blastoise (no Shell Smash, bulky spread) is the centerpiece — it tanks a hit and answers back with priority Aqua Jet. To cover Hippowdon and Corviknight, he runs Mystic Water Adaptability Basculegion, whose Wave Crash punches through bulky Milotic and Umbreon. Sash Garchomp sets Stealth Rock turn one; Rock Tomb specifically handles Charizard and Gyarados, and Adamant lets him outroll Jolly Garchomp under Scale Shot. Mimikyu carries Cursed Charm so a +2 Shadow Sneak picks off Basculegion. Scarf Sneasler outspeeds Mega Lopunny, +1 Gyarados and Scarf Garchomp, and Switcheroo onto Corviknight wrecks the opponent's plan. Mega Scizor is the secondary mega when Blastoise matches up poorly. The author saw a streamer using Mega Lopunny with Fake Out + Hi Jump Kick + Giga Impact and loved its raw matchup power, so he built around it. The supporting cast was borrowed from a previous top-16 list, with Scovillain swapped to a Hypnosis/Destiny Bond Mega Gengar in the last three days to deal with Venusaur. Lopunny runs physical bulk to tank max-Attack Garchomp's Outrage plus Rough Skin chip and was led almost every game. Scarf Garchomp uses Rock Tomb to dodge Gyarados setup and Flamethrower-line Flamethrower (actually Fire Blast) to nuke bulk-up Mega Scizor. Basculegion with Mystic Water tears Hippowdon apart and, retuned to physical bulk, also bullies Mega Scizor, Garchomp and other physical threats — co-MVP with Lopunny. Mimikyu with Pin Missile-like Pin Lens + Swords Dance fills the Giga Impact recharge turn, and Mega Gengar handles stall and Venusaur. 最終54位。メガフシギバナとニンフィアをたくさん行動させて微アドを積むのが軸。フシギバナはHBで3ウェポン＋やどりぎのタネにして、バシャーモやミミッキュなど物理を受ける役。ニンフィアはフェアリーや格闘に行動でき、ステロ＋ニンフィアでカイリュー入りにガン有利を取れる。意地タスキのガブリアスは初手の雑投げからサイクル駒まで担い、頑丈ブリジュラスに初手対面で勝てる点を高く評価。裏メガのマフォクシーはメガメタグロス・バシャーモ・ムクホーク・ゲンガーに刺し、みがわりわるだくみサザンドラでゲンガーブラッキーの並びを崩す。最終日はカバ＋メタグロス＋アシレーヌが多かったので珠ゲッコウガに変更したが、ボディプレスメタグロスに交代読みを繰り返され、ここは変える余地ありと本人も認めている。構築記事 →

The author enjoyed piloting Mega Lucario last season, so this team is built around it. Meowscarada and Rotom were picked as ideal partners, with a Sitrus Garchomp added to cover Aegislash and fill the Ground slot. To handle Blaziken, opposing Mega Lucario and Scizor, a physically bulky Taunt Gyarados was slotted in, and Galarian Slowking closes the team as a special wall and slow pivot into Mega Dragonite, Mega Floette and Primarina. The core plan: Mega Lucario walls Archaludon, switching in even on Draco Meteor and Flash Cannon; Muscle Band Meowscarada with four attacking moves exploits opponents assuming Scarf Protean; Scarf Rotom sets Stealth Rock, Volt Switches and locks foes with Trick. The author admits Gengar and Mimikyu are heavy matchups (Bullet Punch would have been safer than Earthquake on Lucario), and WoW Mega Gengar, Life Orb Dragapult and Lucario-hitting Meowscarada are the toughest threats.構築記事 →
