Glimmora leads to lay Toxic Spikes, Mega Delphox breaks through with coverage that hits both Steel and Poison, and Umbreon stalls with Wish + Protect. This time Mega Delphox runs Protect + Encore to lock Choice Scarf Dark-types like Hydreigon and Meowscarada, while managing poison turns and Wish timing. With a speed creep tweak, Glimmora's Mud Shot plus Delphox's Fire Blast now KOs SpDef Archaludon, solving the team's worst matchup. The build starts from a single idea: run Stealth Rock plus Grassy Terrain Mega Meganium, using the speed boost to flip matchups against the very mons that usually beat it. Specially defensive Sitrus Archaludon sets the rock and lures in Ground and Fighting attackers that Meganium loves to set up on, while Mirror Coat even punishes Sun Charizard Y. Choice Scarf Basculegion (Adamant) is the third pick, since Water/Ghost neatly covers Meganium's Poison/Fire/Ice/Steel weaknesses and stays useful from turn one to endgame. Mega Lopunny with Swords Dance and Mach Punch handles what Meganium can't—Poison cores and Meowscarada plus another Mega—with Mega Kick added for Poison-types. The author is a Volcarona devotee who built around a classic Stealth Rock + Yawn setup leading into a sweeper. Instead of standard rockers like Garchomp or Hippowdon, they chose Focus Sash Hydreigon: it floats, carries Taunt to shut down opposing Hippowdon leads, and is hard to read — Dark Pulse spam often baits opponents into reading it as Scarf before pivoting to Draco Meteor or Taunt. Sylveon is the Yawn user, picked over Slurpuff for Hyper Voice's investment-free damage and Wish support, with bulky HB spread to tank physicals. Mega Blastoise is the main Shell Smash sweeper (Hydro Pump over Water Pulse to actually finish kills), with Volcarona as a secondary sweeper holding Kebia… actually Kasib — Wacan Berry to survive priority Water moves from Mega Starmie and Basculegion. Mega Blastoise (no Shell Smash, bulky spread) is the centerpiece — it tanks a hit and answers back with priority Aqua Jet. To cover Hippowdon and Corviknight, he runs Mystic Water Adaptability Basculegion, whose Wave Crash punches through bulky Milotic and Umbreon. The author saw a streamer using Mega Lopunny with Fake Out + Hi Jump Kick + Giga Impact and loved its raw matchup power, so he built around it. The supporting cast was borrowed from a previous top-16 list, with Scovillain swapped to a Hypnosis/Destiny Bond Mega Gengar in the last three days to deal with Venusaur. Lopunny runs physical bulk to tank max-Attack Garchomp's Outrage plus Rough Skin chip and was led almost every game. Scarf Garchomp uses Rock Tomb to dodge Gyarados setup and Flamethrower-line Flamethrower (actually Fire Blast) to nuke bulk-up Mega Scizor. Basculegion with Mystic Water tears Hippowdon apart and, retuned to physical bulk, also bullies Mega Scizor, Garchomp and other physical threats — co-MVP with Lopunny. Mimikyu with Pin Missile-like Pin Lens + Swords Dance fills the Giga Impact recharge turn, and Mega Gengar handles stall and Venusaur. The team is built around running cycle battles with Mega Florges or Mega Delphox as the core. The author borrowed Hippowdon and Archaludon from a friend's build and filled the rest with mons he was comfortable on. Mega Delphox uses Mystical Fire plus Will-O-Wisp to handle both physical and special threats, with Encore locking opponents down. Because he hated facing Primarina, he added the bulkier Mega Florges, which he felt was off-meta enough to surprise people and snowball with Draining Kiss. Archaludon, once Stamina pops, basically can't be broken and dismantles teams with Dragon Tail. Lum Berry Swords Dance Garchomp sets up on Hippowdon and eats one layer of Toxic Spikes. Meowscarada runs Sash with Overgrow, Taunt and Sucker Punch — the unusual Taunt blanks bulky leads.
