作者起初用化石翼龙+喷火龙+仙子伊布打全球挑战赛拿了不错成绩，但发现：①队里同时塞两只特攻手能轻松打雨天的铝钢桥龙；②化石翼龙互镜很无聊；③晶光花的打击面对自己威胁很大。听了朋友说"追风环境里风妖精靠戏言比烈箭鹰和化石翼龙更强"，于是从风妖精+晶光花起手开始组。当时主流套路是Mega+α首发、后场放气势披带幽尾玄鱼和仆刀将军，作者反过来用首发晶光花（毒妆解掉对面披带）+后场Mega喷火龙Y，专门针对那种配置。再补仆刀将军应对场地反转和幽尾玄鱼，烈咬陆鲨削对面陆鲨/化石翼龙/快龙，幽尾玄鱼则补刀陆鲨、化石翼龙、班基拉斯这些喷火龙难处理的对象。基本套路是风妖精+晶光花首发搅乱，后场喷火龙和陆鲨/仆刀将军收尾。自评弱点是奇麒麟+水箭龟（+彩粉蝶）那类组合没找到稳定打法，以及风妖精流行后带毒突刺的陆鲨变多，戏言月之力的回合被上位毒突刺基本就输了。Build article →

Author Chandy finished fourth in the M-1 doubles ladder (rating 2672) and also went 19-1 in the Global Challenge to qualify for PJCS. The team was built around the observation that most common generalist slots are physical attackers, so a Pokemon that walls the physical game broadly would win many matchups. Early Archaludon tests failed against Mega Floette supported by rage powder; a Mega Floette plus Volcarona core got swept by Mega Scovillain. That loss revealed Mega Scovillain as the ideal anti-physical pivot, and Sylveon replaced Floette as the Fairy-type damage dealer — Scovillain's burn ability makes Sylveon remarkably hard for physical attackers to remove. Aerodactyl became the second Mega for fire-type matchups, using Rock Slide to pressure while Sylveon fires Hyper Voice. When Whimsicott-Charizard compositions surged, Sneasler was replaced by Garchomp, sharply raising the team's overall polish. The author considers the team still improvable but is satisfied with results across both official and ranked play.Build article →

The build started from the newly unlocked Mega Staraptor, whose Intimidate + Contrary Close Combat + Roost combo gave surprisingly strong bulk. Glimmora was paired with it to spread Toxic Spikes while covering Staraptor's Fairy and Flying weaknesses. The core plan is leads Glimmora + Whimsicott to set up, then Mega Staraptor + Choice Scarf Basculegion (M) to sweep. Life Orb Whimsicott is fully invested in SpA so its unexpected damage lets Grass Knot OHKO Basculegion and, with Glimmora's Earth Power, remove Kingambit in one turn. Scarf Basculegion catches opponents off guard now that Life Orb sets dominate and fast threats like Mega Raichu are common. Mega Charizard Y handles weather/Trick Room teams and Gholdengo+Tailwind, while Garchomp with Dragon Tail covers Trick Room, Perish Song, and setup from Mega Delphox or Mega Blastoise, also giving a Ground attacker.Build article →
